Ashley G. Rojas is a dedicated New Jersey divorce attorney whose practice is devoted exclusively to family law. She represents clients in matters involving divorce, child custody and parenting time, child support, and post judgment matters. She is committed to guiding clients through some of the most emotionally challenging times in their lives with clarity, compassion, and strategic advocacy.

Ms. Rojas earned her Bachelor of Arts from Stockton University, graduating magna cum laude with a major in Political Science and a concentration in Pre-Law Studies. She received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she earned a Family Law Certificate in recognition of her focused coursework in family law.

While attending law school, Ms. Rojas was a member of the Child Advocacy Clinic, representing children in matters involving Social Security Income benefits, child welfare proceedings, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status applications. This experience strengthened her passion for protecting the rights and best interests of children and families. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kathleen A. Sheedy, P.J.F.P., in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage, where she gained valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process in family law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rojas served as an Associate Attorney at a family law firm in Red Bank for over five years, where she represented clients in a wide range of family law matters from inception through resolution. Her experience includes handling contested divorce litigation, custody disputes, support applications, and post-judgment matters.

Ms. Rojas is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
